Clint practices in the areas of labor and employment, personal injury, and civil rights litigation as well as family law matters.  He joined Bucci & Dix in August 2008.  Clint graduated summa cum laude from the Appalachian School of Law, where he served as an associate editor and senior editor for the Appalachian Journal of Law.  Additionally, he received the Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award for his service on the journal, a merit scholarship, and the Dean’s Award of Outstanding Scholarly Achievement for Civil Procedure.  He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.

Prior to joining Bucci and Dix, Clint was a summer intern for the Honorable Justice Lawrence L. Koontz, Jr. of the Virginia Supreme Court and the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia in the Antitrust and Consumer Litigation Section.

Clint is a native of Roanoke, Virginia.  He resides in Hanover with his wife, son, daughter, and two labrador retrievers.  In his spare time, Clint enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, and working on antique vehicles.
